Dear parishioners, our patron saint, St Vincent de Paul is honoured with a feast day on 27th September every year. This year 2020, his feast falls on a Sunday and in our parish, all the Masses on that weekend will be celebrated as a Solemnity with special scripture readings and intentions for our patron saint.
It is also the 50th anniversary of our parish building at Yio Chu Kang Road which opened its doors in 1970. Feast Day has always been one of the highlights of our parish calendar and has been marked by a special high Mass celebrated by the Archbishop, with a gala dinner and in more recent times with the popular Novena. Last year, we introduced a day of Corporal Works of Mercy and a procession of the sacred relic of St Vincent.
The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged the way we normally celebrate Feast Day but it will not prevent us from coming together as a Parish Family to pray, celebrate and remember our community. Do join us for the following special activities:
