Pastoral Care for the Sick and Elderly
Our ministry is one of supportive listening, presence, prayer and sacrament. Our members attend to the spiritual needs of the sick and elderly; visit them in their homes or facilities (nursing homes or hospitals as and when required); share the Word of God with them; bring Holy Communion upon request to them and inform the parish secretary regarding the sick and elderly who need the Sacrament of Anointing.

We believe that the human person needs to be listened to, affirmed, understood and accepted for he/she is REAL with his/her brokenness as well as goodness and giftedness.

We welcome all compassionate hearts who are willing to spare some time for the sick and elderly. Training is available for those interested.
